There is nothing quite like a swim in the Dead Sea: the feeling of floating in the slightly slimy waters of the lowest spot on earth cannot be compared to anything else. Here's some folk on the Diggings Tour enjoying the experience. They even manage to read their favourite magazine while relaxing in the water!

Nearby women coat themselves with black, salty ooze, then sit around and let it dry in the fierce heat 1,200 feet below sea level. Sometimes, methinks, the price of beauty is too high!
