Rome, the capital city of Italy, has all the frustrations of that land in spades, but in addition it has the remains of former greatness, from the massive Colosseum and Forum to the delicate beauty of the Trevi Fountain or some of the tiny exhibits in its many museums.
We start our coverage of Rome with a film about the church of St Paul's-without-the-Walls, a church that isn't on the average tourist's itinerary, though it is important for the pilgrim. After that we head for a park where something not very churchy was going on, then wander along through the darkened streets to the Trevi Fountain.
