Shrewsbury

	Shrewsbury Abbey is the site of the annual St Peter's Fair

One of Ellis Peters' best Cadfael novels is called St Peter's Fair and refers to a privilege granted to Shrewsbury Abbey for its maintenance. I was delighted to discover, a few years back, that the fair is still held on St Peter's day - and recently I took my camera along and filmed all the fun of the fair.
