China, the most populous if not the largest country in the world, stretches from Vietnam in the south to Russia in the north, from Tibet in the west to the Pacific Ocean in the east.. I've never been closer to it than Hong Kong (many years ago!), so I am grateful to the friend who supplied our first film from that vast land.
Since then I've visited China myself, with the help of China Highlights, who were not only among the cheapest I found on the Internet, but who actually listened to what I wanted and made it possible, instead of trying to sell me a longer, more expensive tour of their devising.
